1. Acceptance of terms

By creating an account or using Phrason, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

2. Accounts

You need an account (via Google sign-in) to save your progress and access purchased content. You're responsible for keeping your account secure and for all activity under it.

3. Purchases and access

• The Space theme, including its Level Test, is free to use.
• Individual skill cards and full themes are purchased separately through Hotmart.
• Once purchased, access to a card or theme does not expire.
• All purchases are subject to Hotmart's own payment terms and refund policy.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to share your account, redistribute Phrason's content, or attempt to bypass payment for paid themes or cards.

5. Intellectual property

All exercises, texts, audio, and design on Phrason belong to Phrason and may not be copied or redistributed without permission.

6. Changes to the service

We may add, change, or remove themes, exercises, or features over time. We'll do our best to preserve access to content you've already purchased.

7. Limitation of liability

Phrason is provided "as is." We aren't liable for any indirect or incidental damages arising from your use of the site, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

8. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of Phrason after a change means you accept the updated terms.
